The Tarragrue in Torghast is supposed to be a bouncer from the new WoW Shadowlands dungeons. When your deaths are used up, the creepy giant monster slowly makes its way from its prison to your position. However, players have found creative ways to use the Tarragrue for themselves instead of being thrown out of Torghast by it.
Kyrian Death Knights can use the Disfigured Hellneck Ripe and Shackles of the Unworthy abilities to pull the overpowered monster over to their side and trick the Torghast Death Timer. This helps especially against end bosses of a level that you otherwise wouldn't have stood a chance against. Rogues have also found a way to turn the Tarragrue disadvantage into an advantage against nasty bosses.

Broiling Poison Pustules causes the target to take 15% of their maximum health as damage from Sepsis. This damage is spread over up to three targets in the area thanks to the animbonus.
Since the Tarragrue has an extremely high amount of health (which isn't really meant to be knocked down), position the Tarragrue as a Night Fae Rogue next to the end boss and simply cleave him down via Sepsis and Broiling Poison Puffs. You can see how much damage this does in Jinxcited's reddit post above. He had 4 million DpS in the damage meter at the end of the fight. To survive Tarragrus' heavy blows, you should of course use defensive abilities like Escape or something similar. The fight should be over quickly, though.
