The new WoW week has unlocked new glory levels for the four Shadowlands pacts. This means that we can now reach fame level 22 and thus upgrade equipment to item level 197 that we have obtained via the pact campaign and via PvP activities and honor points, respectively.
Upgrade pact armor to item level 197.
Once you reach fame level 22, you can take all of your pact armor pieces to the appropriate NPC in your pact to upgrade them. Depending on what level you want to upgrade the armor to, you will need to spend a corresponding amount of Reservoir Anima. This starts at 50 anima for level 2 and increases by 50 anima per level, so to upgrade from level 6 to level 7, you'll need to invest a total of 300 anima per item. You can find the respective NPCs for upgrading at the following locations:
- Auxiliary Blacksmith Phillo (Kyrian): on the lower level of the Elysian Fortress near the Soulbinder (at /way 57.5 30.4)
- Croesdarm (Necrolords): in the southeast room from the seat of Primus (at /way 57.3, 48.6)
- Craftswoman Larnda (Nachtfae): near the southern exit from the Heart of the Forest (at /way 46.9, 56.6)
- Guy Yearmo (Venthyr): in the northeast corner of the lower level of Fall of Man (at /way 72.8, 26.6)
- Aggressor Zo'dash (all pacts): in the enclave of Oribos (at /way 34.8 56.6)
Upgrade PvP equipment to item level 197
To upgrade PvP gear, which you can buy in Oribos from vendor Zo'kul for honor points (base item level 158), you must visit Aggressor Zo'dash in Oribos, who also sells upgrades for Pact gear (at /way 34.8 56.6). The cost of the upgrade varies between 200 and 3,000 honor points, depending on the upgrade level and item type.
