When the Legion Time Migration event starts in patch 9.1.5 of WoW, the Sign of the Legion buff will become active, increasing your reputation received in combat, from quests, and from world quests by 50 percent for almost all Legion factions. Special factions such as Revenge of the Claw and the Angler Friends are excluded.
The usual reputation tokens for Valor Points will help you earn reputation faster and secure Paragon rewards. Each reputation token costs 50 Time-Distorted Badges and grants 250 reputation. So, if you have just become an honored member of a faction, you will need 2,000 Time-Distorted Badges for a Paragon Chest
