WoW: This is how the solo expeditions of patch 9.1.5 work

In WoW Patch 9.1.5, we will finally be able to tackle island expeditions solo. The excursions to the dangerous isles around Kul Tiras and Zandalar are currently only accessible as a group, but logically it is not so easy to find players with whom you can replay the old content.

However, with the PTR for patch 9.1.5, we now know how easy soloing will be in the future. Run to Captain Rez'okun in Zandalar Harbor as a Hordean, or to Flynn Schoenwind in Boralus as an Alliance player. You can easily find them by looking on your map for the treasure map icon at the port. If you talk to these NPCs, they will offer you so-called "private tours" in Normal, Heroic or Mythic. What rewards are there via island expeditions?

Choose your challenge and you can try your hand at getting the rare weapon skins, toys, pets, armor sets, and mounts. The mounts in particular are a reason for many to return to the expeditions. Who wouldn't want a giant pirate parrot named Krächz as a mount? There are also some Transmog variants of animal armor, such as the spider acolyte armor for cloth wearers or the ghost branch set for leather enthusiasts.
